FAQ's

Is there anything that I CANNOT store?

No liquids, explosives, toxic materials, food or perishable items. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Can I store a vehicle, motorcycle, boat, ATV, snowmobile or small trailer?

Yes, we require a tarp or plastic to be placed under the vehicle to catch any potential leaks. We do not allow storage of gas cans, oil, antifreeze or other liquids besides what is normally found in the vehicle. You are not allowed to service or repair the vehicle on site.

Is insurance required?

Yes, we care about your belongings. We require all tenants to carry insurance on the contents in their storage unit. You can provide proof of coverage within 14 days (such as declaration page of homeowners or renters insurance). If you do not have existing coverage, we offer affordable insurance from a third party provider when you rent your unit.

What type of security do you provide?

Our facility is well lit and visible from the road. We also have a high-tech surveillance system that records activity 24/7.
